We launched a contributor program in 2023 to build responsible, real-world AI tooling, and the project is now actively underway. We are always open to new contributors, partners, and ideas who share our vision.
Though we have many tools under development, one of our key projects is Exitus.AI, which is transforming the future of hiring with AI that understands people – not just résumés. We’re building a semantic matching engine that challenges every broken assumption in traditional ATS/VMS platforms.
Exitus.AI Contributor Program
We are now assembling a select team of exceptional student AI and ML engineers to join our year-round Contributor Program – a unique opportunity to earn equity while building real-world, investor-facing AI infrastructure.
Join a fast-moving, founder-led build team working on core platform modules for an AI-driven hiring engine. This is your chance to:
• Collaborate with a visionary founder (and prior dot-com startup leader)
• Build proprietary semantic matching logic and production AI features
• Help shape milestone demos for VC investor outreach
• Secure equity ownership based on measurable contributions
This is not a “resume filler” internship. You’ll work on mission-critical systems – and receive real, long-term upside.
What You’ll Need to Apply
- GitHub link, code samples, or project portfolio
- Strong backend, ML, or full-stack experience
- Availability: 5-10 hours/week (remote, async)
